I really want to support my local plumbers but found this to be very difficult. I called Horn s Backflow & Plumbing requesting service on a plumbing issue. I received a very courteous call back, setting a time for that same day. I was told someone will be out no later than 4:00pm. I waited and waited, finally at 4:45 I called them back, asking about my appointment. They really seem to have no idea of what was going on. I finally got a call back telling me that they were in L.A. and would not get to me today. I was not happy.... read more
