We have been thrilled with the House Watch service of Horngren Management. Josh met with us to walk the house and property before we left town and gave us helpful pointers (e.g. leave closet doors open so someone breaking in does not have an easy place to hide). His inspections have been very detailed and he quickly texts us after every visit that the house is in order. He even texts the inside temperature.
