After my experience today at hornet tunnel wash i will be considering wether or not to continue doing business with them. Here lately, my vehicle is still dirty when i get done with the car wash and would have to take through a second time if i have the time. The people working there now, dont really care in my opinion. And today one of the owners was washing it and it came out better. It didn't clean our vehicle completely. We still have crabapple juice on it. Not worth $18. Will not return. I'd rather do it myself.
