Helpful staff
The first weekend of November 2017 my wife and I stayed at the Plaza Hotel and had a most wonderful experience. Maria and Mary were very good at professionally promoting the property and the value of upgrading to a suite with the large jetted tub. It was worth the extra cost! It was truly value added. I do not think many hotels these days make an effort to tell a walk-in customer that there are other advantages for making an investment for a better experience.
