He was my "IME Examiner".. Spent a total of 5 minutes with me and decided i was using chiropractic care and massages excessively and deemed that it was "NO LONGER" needed! CRAZY! how can someone that doesn't know the pain i've felt for the past two years, claim i'm excessively using care that was provided to ease my pain too much in a matter of 5 minutes?!
Obviously works for the insurance company. Office is ran like a chop shop, also dirty and old. Makes assumptions not based on facts or medical records or an actual exam with imaging. Primary objective is to get you OFF of no-fault for the insurance company.
This is a 1st amendment protected opinion based on my experience: Liar, Viper & Archon for the oppressive Insurance Industrial complex. Acupuncture is based on Taoism & harmony & this deplorable human uses his skills to collaborate with insurance companies & leave injured people without care, all for greed. Had an IME as well... Said I over exaggerated my syomtoms and that I'm not in any pain and that I donthave any muscle spasms... ridiculous. Spasms clearly sound in the EMG and any Dr can tell just by looking at my back that it is all knotted. I cry everyday because I'm in so much pain and I used to have a life and now I dont. The worse IME doctor. Works for the insurance company not you. He rejected further treatment for me, I am on muscle relaxers, can not carry anything heavy. Are all my doctors wrong? He did not even touch my back. How can he even tell if I hurt…
