We had the pleasure of working with Taylor on our bathroom Renovation in our Chilliwack Townhouse. He installed a new shower, Toilet and Vanity for us. He went above and beyond our expectations in all of the finishing touches and got the installation done in a timely manner. He had fantastic communication every step of the way and we are very thrilled with the end result.. I would absolutely call Taylor again for any job required. 10/10
Taylor Horne gave estimates prior to doing the work and thoroughly inspected and cleaned the HVAC system of a significant amount of dirt and dust (5 years worth), wears boot covering to keep floors clean, is polite, timely and efficient, would recommend to family, friends and neighbors
While the work was being done, Taylor was a positive, quiet guy, worked in his corner while the remainder of the contractors worked away as well. Not the same if a problem arises afterwards: first time: bathroom newly installed inside the cabinet pipes were leaky; second time: a kitchen faucet didn't have any pressure, only after a few days of daily reminders he finally came back to look into the issue and was able to sort it out (vs. it being the faucet's problem).
