Taylor came highly recommended by a neighbor and he proved to be knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He was also very accommodating with time during what was certainly a busy day. Taylor noticed an issue when finishing up, and took the time to document it and forward the info on to another plumber that would be able to help me sooner. I found this extremely professional. Taylor was a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend his plumbing services.
TLDR: Don't hesitate, call Taylor!! We woke up to a cold home and no hot water. I checked our NTI Boiler and saw an error code. I did some research online to see what the issue could be and what would need to be done to resolve it. I contacted a certified NTI tech in my area but he was unable to provide the service himself as he was fully booked out. We had the pleasure of working with Taylor on our bathroom Renovation in our Chilliwack Townhouse. He installed a new shower, Toilet and Vanity for us. He went above and beyond our expectations in all of the finishing touches and got the installation done in a timely manner. He had fantastic communication every step of the way and we are very thrilled with the end result.. I would absolutely call Taylor again for any job required. 10/10
Taylor Horne gave estimates prior to doing the work and thoroughly inspected and cleaned the HVAC system of a significant amount of dirt and dust (5 years worth), wears boot covering to keep floors clean, is polite, timely and efficient, would recommend to family, friends and neighbors
