Following my horrific service appt at AutoNation Tempe Hyundai (where one repair turned into five more) I was skeptical to visit any other dealer. Vehicle comes with oil changes, etc so I had to make peace with experience. Due for oil change so I called Horne Hyundai in Apache junction to schedule. I needed an oil change and I didn't have an appointment. Colby, my service advisor was fantastic. He was able to get my vehicle in and serviced. I was ready to drive in no time. All of the advisors were very friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely pleased with my experience. Thank you to you all
Cost us over $800 to get our hatch fixed for the second time. They did finally get it figured out and fixed but it was still pricey.
Very disappointed. Took my Santa Fe for a check engine light issue. Before they even fixed the problem they sold me $2000 worth or brakes and pads. Then they said the problem was an injector. Then when that did fix the problem they said or you need new spark plug wires. Anyway $3500 later it wax fixed but I was without my car for 3 weeks. I will never go there again.
