Little disappointed in what happened today. We bought a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Horne Hyundai a couple of weeks ago, been hearing a rattle in the back of the car. After checking everything I determined it was the tow hitch and exhaust making the noise. Now. I would have thought that during the inspection before we bought it that it should have been taken care of before we bought it. Instead, it took all of 15 minutes to remove it and a charge of $100. Only good thing is it doesn't rattle anymore.
Some Latino boy did maintenance work on my suv. And he did a mighty fine job. Very detailed and has pointed out some other suggestions to keep up with maintaining it in the future to keep costs down.
Ignacio Mayoral in service Dept handled my warranty issues with a tight deadline. Peeling paint! Loaned me a Vehical n/c and on time!! I was surprised by how smoothly and well it was done! Thank you, Ignacio for going the extra mile!
