I wanted to share the very positive experience I had with Michael Cone this evening! I had my regular maintenance performed earlier today and a previous tech mistakingly left a switch unplugged resulting in a total loss of heat at my home despite a clean report on the health of my system. It is cold today and expected to be extremely cold over the weekend and early Monday morning. Dimitri and Tony came for yearly heating system check up. They were very professional and friendly. They did a very thorough job and provided excellent documentation including photos of the work they completed. I was very pleased with the service.
I needed maintenance on my heating system to prep for the cold winter coming up and decided to give Horne a shot. Dimitri Yiottis serviced my home and did an exceptional job. He provided great service and was very polite. I will be using Horne again!
