Our technician, Alex, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was thorough with the inspection and diagnosis of our problem and answered all of our questions as we determined the path forward with a repair. It’s clear that Alex takes pride in his work and his attention to detail gave us confidence in the condition of our system post-repair. I highly recommend this company. Chad was my technician and was very nice and efficient. I signed up for their maintenance plan. He was here to check the a/c, but looked at the gas heater. He changed my filter for me. He recommends a safety switch on my heater and installed that. You get a discount on all services when you are a member. He was unable to give it to me, but as Chad suggested I called and they are giving me back a credit.

Horne repair tech Alex Craven arrived to find my AC unit trying to pull him to the depths of the heated underground world. And like Kristoff in Frozen, Alex (Official Ice Master and Deliverer) diagnosed the problem, documented each step for review, to help restore balance. While I'm not Elsa and don't require an ice palace, it's nice to reside in a home that that doesn't feel like one stepped into the depths of hell.
