Big shout out to Jesse Campos all the other salesmen are great but man Jesse went above and beyond, highly recommend going through him. Great selection of trucks and cars so even if you don’t think there’s something for you over here at Freedom Ford come check them out I can almost guarantee they will change your mind. Great people great vehicles great experience as a first time buyer.
I recently had my vehicle taken in to get checked for a misfire on cylinder 3 on the engine, after being checked they advised I needed an entire new engine. OK, I let them fix it, it took about 24 days to fix, once I got the vehicle back as soon as I pulled off the lot my vehicle was having an issue with the shifting, so I turned right around immediately and told them something was going on, they stayed late and checked to see what was going on and they tell me, you need a new torque converter!
