My experience at Freedom Ford was welcoming. Ramone and Derek were more than beyond helpful on helping me and my mother pick out the right vehicle. The two were always making sure we were comfortable and hydrated. When it was time for financing, Ramone made it so easy and never once was it stressful for me. This was my first time buying a car and my credit needed a little help but with a small down payment he was able to make it happen. We are so happy and glad we went to Horne Freedom Ford.
This is the most unhonest dealership we have ever talked to. I will never do business with them again. They straight up lied to us and would not even take responsibility for it, even though we had it in writing. My husband has bought a lot of vehicles and they are by far the most dishonest we have ever seen. I really wanted to support local, we heard terrible things about them but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. To bad.
