Key programming. They charged me 75$ to program a 2010 ford focus that I brought on a rental trailer. 2 hours later they showed me a printed bill that said key programmed. Towed back the vehicle home and found out the key was not programmed. I called they service, they put me on hold (assuming they went to verify with the tech) they say the tech did even use the key to unlock the doors! That is the way I brought the vehicle in!
