Have been using Horne Freedom Ford service department for years. The people are friendly and helpful, including the mechanics in the back. The service department is now sending videos from the mechanics regarding your maintenance service. Loving this feature! Would recommend.
When making my service appointments, I always try to work with Tyson. He is extremely knowledgeable about the services offered and goes above and beyond when communicating the process or anything else to me. I appreciate him and the rest of the service team. I've yet to have a bad experience there and that's why I keep going back!

Only go here to update your computer in your car IF you have to. They wanted to charge me $1235.00 for a waterpump. The water pump cost me $70 at Napa. $17 in coolant. Nothing wrong with my belt either. They added additional BS that isnt necessary either. I checked myself, do they need to be replaced, absolutely, but not urgently and I plan to.
