Jude was informative, efficient, professional, and dependable, arriving right on time and sending a text when on the way. She helped with our dryer vent cleaning and service, brought the vent line up to code, and replaced the outside vent cover with a better metal upgrade that uses magnetic closures so it stays sealed when the dryer is off. The work improved airflow, safety, and overall vent performance, and the whole service experience was smooth and well organized.
Highly recommend for dryer vent and air duct cleaning. Trenton was trustworthy, showed up on time, and did a great job from start to finish. He cleaned the dryer duct thoroughly, removed the dust and lint buildup, and made sure everything was left neat when the service was done. He was also very careful with my floor and worked in a clean, professional way. The whole visit felt smooth and efficient, and I would definitely use this service again in San Francisco.
