Took my brand new RAM Laramie in to have AC checked. Was told its just a clogged cabin filter. Easily could have done it myself for $25 but I thought to myself if it only cost $25 and Im already here at dealership, how bad could it be... They charged me $156 out the door for a $25 filter that took maybe 15 minutes of labor. DO NOT EVER COME HERE FOR SERVICE!!!

Great service! We were traveling from our home state of Washington on our way to Texas for a scheduled family event. Our water pump went out on our Jeep. The folks at Horne got us in and out in 2 days. The general manager gave us a lift to our hotel. The front desk person worked to get us in right away and kept us informed through the process. They had to travel and hour and half to get our part. We really appreciate their level of service and timeliness. We made it to our family event on time! Thank-you Horne!!
