Love the Doctors but the billing department has held up my procedure over a year citing they don't take Medicare or Tricare for life Even with three insurance companies they seem not to be able to bill the insurance correctly blue cross blue shield keeps denying a procedure but my other two insurance will pay forcing me to attend the Veteran Affairs SO MUCH for serving my country for 20 years then to be told no by a billing person is not really cool
Trying to get scheduled, had a referral sent over weeks ago and they can’t find out where my referral is cause I need the fax number my doctor sent the referral to. I have two referrals so I don’t understand why they can’t find absolutely anything. No one has a clue how to schedule, can’t build a pt case. Acting like it’s rocket science. I would skip this place and just go to The Core Institute at least they call you and schedule you the second a referral comes in.
