I purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox from Forest City Chevrolet (Allan Hornbeck) on 11/13/24. I test drove and it needed brakes it was grinding and the brake pedal went almost to the floor. The dealership said they would "go over the car." I went back on 11/14 to pick up the car and told the brakes were replaced. Now this car had an inspection sticker put on for 6/2024.If it was inspected properly it would not need brakes. Recently stopped by to check out their used inventory and met Haley. She was very pleasant and helpful in trying to find my husband and I the right vehicle. She certainly had some challenges since I am short and not all vehicles are comfortable and feel right when driving. After test driving about 5 or 6 she recommended the 2024 Chevy Trax. It was new, color was great, comfortable and price was right. Haley was very professional and personable.
