First time here and they were incredible. The ladies were so sweet and make you feel very comfortable from start to end.
Besides the quality of of care I received from Hornback Chiropractic what I like the most was the cleanliness, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Completely incompetent. I called ahead and was told they were in-network, then showed up only to be told, “Denise isn’t in today and she’s not really sure what’s in-network and what’s not.” So you have people working the front desk who don’t even understand insurance? I took time off work, arrived early for my appointment, and waited 45 minutes while they sorted out their own ignorance.
