Edit to respond to the businesses response: I was not offered a next day appointment. There was no accountability or effort to accommodate me for your scheduling mistake. The only option I was given was to reschedule to an appointment 2 weeks out. I asked if there was any way I could be seen sooner and the response was no. I was able to schedule an appointment with another provider for the next day. Unprofessional. Do not value customers time. I took time off of work and showed up to my appointment only to be told I was not on the schedule. I was unable to recall who I spoke to when I made my appointment and no solution was offered other than to reschedule me for another appointment 2 weeks out. The front desk person admitted they had recently hired a call service for scheduling and they’re not doing a good job. I wasted paid sick time off at work and my time driving there and back. I will not be going back.

First time here and they were incredible. The ladies were so sweet and make you feel very comfortable from start to end.
