Dr. Hornack is kind, caring, thoughtful & patient. Everyone in my family sees him & wouldn't go anywhere else.
After being a client for 8 years, when Dr Guido retired and Hornack took over the practice. They must have decided to go out of network with my insurance company. I’ve never had a bill in the years I’ve went to this office. I had my routine cleaning with x-rays in November. Never received any information stating they were dropping my in network coverage.
