I’ve had the pleasure of working with Miguel through our home buying experience, and he has made the whole process feel so personal! Any questions we have about the house or the amenities, Miguel was the first one to go and make sure we got not only pictures, but video walkthroughs with commentary about all updates. Without him, the process would’ve felt like a sales pitch but with him it felt like a genuine conversation.
Smooth home buying experience, Crystal was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during the process. House is great, built with quality materials. Update** - there was an issue with pre installed cox modem billing but Crystal escalated it to higher up and got it resolved. That was an amazing customer service.
What a fantastic experience! After one meeting, I knew this was where I was going to live. Every question I had (and there were many) was answered quickly, and if Crystal or Jason didn’t have the answer, they contacted someone who did. I was kept updated throughout the build process, and after move-in, they have remained in touch to ensure everything was going smoothly. From potential resident, to actual resident, their treatment of me has remained respectful and professional. I could not have asked for more!
