It is too bad we cannot recommend Horn Rapid RV Repair any higher than a 5 star! My husband and I hit something in the road on our way to Richland and lost all of the piping to our sewer system! We called Matt at Horn Rapid to see if they could take a look. We understood that it is RV season and many places are booked out for weeks. Great customer service! They were awesome when we purchased our trailer, gave us a fair deal, easy to work with, gave us a thorough walk through, and were honest and friendly. We had a little issue and the owner called us right away and made things right. The service department did a great job with the repair. We are very happy with them and glad we purchased from horn rapids. They truly strive to make you feel like part of the family. The customer service is impressive!
This review started off as a good review. When we purchased the camper we thought they had great customer service. Unfortunately when we got the camper home and removed an oddly placed sign we found a very ugly, very large blemish and of course its right at eye level when you walk in. Theres no missing it. I reached out as soon as we found it with pictures and was told there was nothing they would do about it. I can't say enough good things about this family oriented company! They have gone above & beyond for us & actually FIXED everything that needed repaired! I highly recommend these guys if you want your RV repaired right!
