Bought here 4 months ago figured we would give a small business a chance and since since then nothing but problems warranty sucks and customer service is even worse you'd think after spending 80k they would treat you better well guess not we won't be back
Heather and the service crew have been great partners in getting my new RV set for the long haul. There were several issues associated with the manufacturing and she has helped navigate the warranty to get everything fixed. They go the extra mile and I appreciate all of their support. I will always take my RV there for my service needs.
The Horn Rapids crew was very responsive to my requests for service of my RV. They did a fairly complete checkout of the RV and recommended work that was needed to be done. They provided me with a explanation of all work suggested. They completed the work that I approved in a timely manner and within the estimated osts. I am very satisfied and would recommend their services.
