I called Horn Plumbing to inspect a leaking water heater. The technician checked the relief valve and water pressure and said it was above 125 psi, then quoted about $1,300 for repairs. Later, I had three other licensed plumbers check, and each confirmed the water pressure was actually within the normal range around 50 psi — meaning the initial diagnosis was incorrect. The business is yet another who sold out, cashed in and is not the same, not by any means. Make an appointment with 3 hour window, keep your phone ready to take the call when plumber is dispatched, wait 3 hours and crickets! Call, then only to be told your job is in progress, what am I an idiot with ADT SECURITY , NO ONE was there, so do not shame yourself by arguing a stupid point when an error was clearly made, then find out you were never on the schedule at all. My experience with Horn Plumbing is that they are more expensive than other plumbers that I have used. Their rates are higher and they charge for travel. My most recent experience, which will be my last, is that it appears that they padded their time. They came out to fix a leak and my tenant assures me that they were there for 15 minutes at most. I have used Horn Plumbing for many years . Yesterday, Adam came to fix a busted outside hose bib. He completed the job in 20 minutes. I couldn't be more happier. Thanks to Adam and Bruce (coordinator).

We liked the service from Horn so much we're making them our "Go To" plumbers. When we called to schedule an appointment, Horn was able to send Mark out later that day. They gave us an estimate in advance which was very reasonable for the job. Mark arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do.
