Absolutely phenomenal experience with Horn plumbing. Scott and Hugo are true professionals and run one of the best plumbing teams around. Extremely knowledgeable, caring and well thought out. We had multiple backups and cracks in sewer lines that other teams could not fix. We have used Horn Plumbing for over 30 years now, and they have always made themselves available any time of the day or night to help. Recently, I decided that my water heater, which is on the second floor, was too old to trust so decided to have it replaced. Got Bruce at Horn on the phone and within minutes had an estimate for everything. He explained everything very well. Because it made me nervous to have an older water heater upstairs, I wanted it done as soon as possible. Bruce arranged for it to be done the next day! He seriously could not have been nicer.
