Had a terrible experience with Horn Photo, besides my film being developed days after the expected date they gave me, they also switched out my roll for a complete stranger's. It's a simple error, but it was the terrible customer service I received when I brought back the film that truly baffled me. They argued with me, stating the film was mine. Have to rave about Ryan...bought a new camera today but the charger was missing the cord. Who rings my doorbell after he gets off work?? I have always had great service there, but Ryan takes the cake today! thank you!
