Not a good experience – I had degenerative discs in my neck and Mr. Horn led me to believe his manipulation treatments could improve this condition. After several treatments of ice, electrical stimulation, some kind of machine that rolls up and down your back, and Mr. Horn cracking my back, neck, and shoulders, I had no improvement.
