I feel really betrayed by this company. I spent thousands of dollars on proprietary "hormonal supplements" that worked great for about a year for my menopausal symptoms, and then they stopped working. The supplements are not your typical hormone replacement therapy options that are scientifically proven, nor are the ingredients published. I did not know that real menopausal hormones were even available until I started getting real hormone replacement therapy from my general practitioner. The H&WL team is wonderful! They are so kind and knowledgeable and always available to take any questions I have. My former PCP and endocrinologist had no idea how to help me after I gained 45lbs in a matter of weeks. This place is all about the money which I could respect if they bothered to let people know that they were going to change things repeatedly and charge you more money to go and see them instead of showing up and them wanting more money, no emails, no notifications know nothing. First of all, they charge double the price that mountain care pharmacy does for the medication. I finally feel heard and understood about my hormones!! I now feel back to myself, balanced and lost weight since my first appointment!
