I was here to pick up a load (12 palet) check in 10.35am on doock 5pm and start loading me 9.15pm 11 hours till they start working on my trl! Never come back again! The shipping office lady is very rude, when I ask her why is taking so long she just ended my phone call! Don't lose your time here because the life is too short!
This place is pretty consistent. Checking in process is quick. Then wait a short while and get loaded (pre cool your reefer so you’re not waiting longer).
Terrible place, if they tell you to drop the trailer, be prepared to wait at least 10 hours
If you want to waste your time, this is the place. This is one of those companies that makes you sit in a parking lot for hours with no respect for the driver. It’s been 12 hours since I checked in and I’m still here—just portable toilets. Bring food and water, or you’ll go hungry. This is the first and last time I’m coming here.
To pick up a load here, you absolutely need to have at least three-quarters of a tank of fuel in your reefer. Your trailer must be clean inside. And stock up on food and water, because you’re going to be waiting here for a long, long, long time. I arrived at 8:00 PM. They started loading me at 6:00 AM and didn't finish until 8:30 AM. There is parking and a restroom available. Plus, there's a washout nearby (it's marked on the bottom-left of the map).
