So Dr. Janjua and Pura are both very nice. I am grateful for all the help I have received at Horinz. However, the reason for the three stars is for the fact that they completely stop doing telehealth and I don't live close by so I have to drive 40 minutes one way at least once a month. Sometimes twice a month. And that's a lot for me. Places like this are supposed to be helpful to those who are mentally ill. Not stress them out. I thought this place was good, but now, just because I had to cancel an appointment with the therapist.They expected me to come in tomorrow to see the psychiatrist instead of talk to him over the phone. I'm trying to get over the flu And i'm not driving all the way to Reading for not even a Ten minute appointment. This place is Is starting to make people's lives hard again.
