I felt I got in at a good time because the block was finished and installed within two weeks. Great. No complaints there BUT getting ahold of them was difficult. Phones were down, doors are shut and no signs of life around shop. Reason I bring this up is because I reached my 2K mile mark and needed to get off break in tune. Very little contact/effort was made back for my ProTune. After several tries I finally gave up and called PREracing. I'm finally off the tune and making power again. Despite all the fabricated 1-star reviews... Horizontal has hands down the best customer service of any shop I've taken any vehicle to. They are willing to take the time to explain all options and are honest on what needs to be done vs what you can safely get by with. Every car I see them work on in the shop, they have the same attention to detail as if they were working on their own rides.
