My experience with this company has been very frustrating. Their customer service for dealers is lacking in so many ways and the quality of the shades is disappointing. I have had issues with holes in the blackout lining, missing paint on bamboo shades, and lining that comes off of the back of the shade. They do not send out anyone to do repairs or take down shades and reinstall them and it is dependent on the dealer to take care of all the problems. I love this company! They are great to deal with and offer a great selection of Natural shades that are well priced. Their cordless roman shades are fabulous. They happily fix any issues .

There Equal opportunity is very bad and discriminating!!! It's not even close to being fair! Because there is Hispanics working there they take advantage of them and work them and because they don't know the LAWS they lie and over work them... they hire them and still give them TEMP PAY.. When they promise and higher pay for going perm which they keep the temp pay! And lie about testing and having to wait to get that perm pay...after they accept the position! Local dealer went out of business. Can't find any dealer that'll repair the shade within 100 miles. Horizon windows custom service is complete useless because they will only give you their list of dealers and nothing else (not warrenty information or suggestions on on how to repair or where to send the shade for repair). Will never buy any product from Horizon window fashions again. Shade is just over a year old and will not stay down.
