Dumpster food would taste better. Our family of 4 had dinner at Horizons on August 26, 2021. The food was terrible. The shrimp was like eating a rubber tire. The pasta was drenched in butter and oil. This meal was a huge disappointment. Run, don't walk away, from this garbage. The bill was $160 wasted.
