This is the 5th time I've not been allowed access to my funds because of your asinine security "measures". I receive no texts, phone calls, or anything you promised. NO customer service. Thrilled we are in the final stages of switching institutions and we already see a HUGE difference. You are NOT customer friendly and I will continue to post reviews until your ratings reflect your incompetence.

This was my very first credit union experience and it couldn't have been any better!! A while ago I needed a car and getting a co-signer was not an option. I was young, with little to no credit and needed some serious help. I got a car through Horizons North and Renee specifically was nothing short of a perfect partner to help me understand the process.
