Was told that I couldn’t close my account today because the check I was forced to deposit at a shared branch over the weekend because HNCU is closed on Saturdays is being held for what will be 5 days. I don’t mind driving out of my way to go to this bank but have better hours for the sake of your members
they protect their members....I got caught up in a possible scam with Donnaplay...and my HNCU banker contacted me, after rejecting the payment. thanks for having my back. my card was replaced and nothing was taken from my account. HNCU is the best way to bank.
Been banking here since i was 14. I am now 37 and wouldn't change financial institutions unless i moved too far.
