The calling for an appointment, don't bother , try skipping the waiting room online, more luck. I wonder where my money paying for income tax gone to. Worst health care system is happening in Canada and in Fredericton right now. I tried to call at 10 am to this number 506-452-5689, as suggested to book with a nurse for same day appointment. Over 3 consecutive days, i literally pushed the talk button every 10 seconds from 10am to 10.15 am, never ever got acceptance, always hear they saying they are busy online with other cust... read more
I am writing on behalf of my 82 year old Mother who has been extremely happy with her Nurse Practitioner at this clinic - Rachel Gallagher. Bragging even at how easy it was to get in. NO MORE. After a horrific 3 week experience at DEC Hospital in the fall of 2024, she has NO idea what her diagnosis is. It is now April 2025. My mother is desperate to see her NP, and with this ridiculous new 'system' is unable to reach anyone by phone, cannot make an appointment with this 'lottery' system. They are fully booked within minutes ... read more
Can't even call in. Busy lines. All bookings are full for the day by 10:20am. Disappointing.
