Very quick to get an appointment. The whole process took under 45 minutes, and my prescription arrived within 30 minutes after the consultation. The medication started working within an hour, and I felt significantly better by the next day. No complaints at all; great experience.
I don't know if this happens to anyone else. I know every time. I call to make an appointment and say it's an earache or I'm sick or my boys or sick. They book me appointment a month later. I'm not going to be sick or have an earache a month later it's crazy how they treat their patients. I don't know if everyone gets treated like that but I know a few people that get treated pretty badly down there.
Went there for to get an appointment, told to book online, was online and refreshing every minute and could not even book anything. Called at 10 am the number, kept saying unavailable. I called their office and they told me to just keep trying. Called about 11 times to no success and being told they are now fully booked in...
