Absolutely terrible at helping people, I was told by some snarky lady in Nov 2023 that a psychiatrist wouldn't help me and would tell me the same shit as my doctor but you have no idea what I'm going through and if my meds work for me which they haven't. The lady also told me the wait time would be two years. My mom called them after me telling them what my situation is and she just laughed in her face. The worst psychiatric care in Canada. They refuse service to a psychiatrist for someone who is bipolar, putting people’s lives in danger. Their completely lack any education on Mental health is alarming. People will die because of their incompetence, and I may be one of them.
