I came for some dental restoration work. My first visit was to evaluate and make a plan. The second visit she worked on my teeth. Dr. O’Farrill and her assistant Yadira are an amazing team. It is obvious they have been working together a long time. They took extra care to ensure I was comfortable. I am very happy I am coming here. This is a well-oiled operation.

Overall this is a fabulous practice, far exceeding my NY dentist who did major celebs crowns back in the day. Their female hygienist has been superb until my last visit, when a new male one did the work. He was very good but kept flossing a very inflamed spot in my mouth as if this would alleviate it. I had to rinse with peroxide and salt for days at home to get it to calm down. Dentist (Dr.) O'Farrill is a gem. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
