Nothin has improved in the last 6 months Sarah the office manager is the least professional or compassionate person. The fact horizon thinks this is good care is a joke. People in pain and all they say is I’m doing he best I can disgusting and unprofessional is all I can say they should all be terminated with extreme prejudice if negatives were possible I’d give it one

Absolutely the worst front desk staff I've ever dealt with. Other than Skyler the front desk staff is ignorant to patient needs and more interested in their personal attitudes. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone I have spoken with the office manager who did nothing about the lack of caring. Have caught them lying and filing falsehood with patient care it's a shame once you get past this group of people who should never work in medical the clinic has a decent staff.
