Absolutely the worst front desk staff I've ever dealt with. Other than Skyler the front desk staff is ignorant to patient needs and more interested in their personal attitudes. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone I have spoken with the office manager who did nothing about the lack of caring. Have caught them lying and filing falsehood with patient care it's a shame once you get past this group of people who should never work in medical the clinic has a decent staff. Constantly having to fight to keep my prescriptions up to date, almost always ends with me having to go through withdrawal of my medication for a few days. Doctor calls past 9pm from no caller ID, pretty hard to tell who is calling. I’ve been a patient here since I was a child, I will be requesting a transfer because it is evident that the more medical attention you require, the less you hear from them at this clinic.

Been trying to get answered on the "quick care" line for 3 days. Only the auto voice saying if I hear the message spots are already full. I call at 10 on the dot but already full apparently. Does anyone ever get answered on this line??. I guess I'll just have to go to emergency for what is probably a minor ailment.
