I live at one of The County Of Los Angeles Housing Authority Properties. Horizons Construction Company was contracted to repair the cracks and little rocks from coming off the asphalt driveway. We were notified that the job would last 3 days. December the 18 , 19 and 20th of 2019. This company started in the back on Monday. They were suppose to come back on Tuesday the 19 , 2019 but never showed up are stopped by to say they were not going to do the work because they heard it was going to rain.
