The apartment complex itself is beautiful. The maintenance team does an incredible job. However you find much of the drama associated with these types of living situations. The manager is not an acceptable manager in my opinion. This is a 55 and older community so please explain to me why her minor children live there. Children that are not made to abide by any rules riding their e bikes up and down the residents hallways at all speeds and disrespectful as you can imagine.
