This new machine is aweful. Some of these residents are old. I called my grandma like 5 times waited 15 minutes in 110 degrees. She pressed the number given to them to have her guest enter and it did not work. She had to walk out and press her remote. This has not been the first time. And highly doubt management cares. Her A/c has not been working and we left a message because her A/c read 84 degrees. And no one called back and no one will probably call back til tomorrow.
Been here 9 years and have never been so insulted and made to feel like a second class citizen because of the management. This woman should be fired and the owners should investigate Hyderabad Property Management. Bad treatment of seniors. Low income and raising rent yearly. Horrible!!!

Awful management
Visited this place and toured around and it's amazing! Beautiful place! It has everything! Studio, gym, theater study room. I will be signing a lease for next week!
