My husband worked for this company. They wanted him to renovate apartments with dog poop on the floor and up the walls, actual piles of poop. They told him the apartment had been cleaned and it could just be painted over it. He then quit the company and they held his check for 10 days then put it in the mail and it has not been delivered still to this day. They mailed it from Dublin, we live 15 mins away. Truly a shame. $1100 a month for this Hell Hole (Kingswood Court). Zero management, zero morals, zero ethics. Disgusting. Do not move here.

So me and my boyfriend moved into Courtship Village then moved out just 6 months later, from day one there had been nothing but problems with that place. First of all the cost of that apartment was extremely high especially for the area it’s in and the condition the apartment is in, I’m not sure who in there right mind would think charging people $1300 a month for a cheaply put together apartment was okay.
