BEWARE OF HORIZONS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I am back very soon to explain WHY. OK, we are still having an issue with this complex. I thought they had corrected it, however I just learned they did not. So here is the rest of the story. Our home was hit by hurricane Wilma. Us and 8 of our adjacent neighbors had to move out of our homes to repair them.
