From the first meeting with Alex (sales) to the installment with Steve we had a great experience with Horizon. Alex listened to exactly what we wanted and showed us the options. We just had a patio door installed, basement windows and a door, we are very happy with the results! From start to finish this company delivered. The price was right, Alex worked with us to stay within our budget, he was on target with the delivery date for install, the team came ready to go on schedule, they were polite and did a superb job, this team really knows their stuff. Got a new garage entry door from Horizon and everything went great! Install was spectacular. Would highly recommend.
We had Horizon install a new door. They arrived on time. Were organized, removed our old door, replaced with the door we ordered. This crew was the best. Very professional, very polite, dressed appropriately, cleaned up afterwards. They even put our dogs back in the house when they were done. I was not expecting the service we received.
