Love the Platinum Hunter Douglass window treatments. We especially like the top down feature that allows light in while still having privacy. Installation was fast and they made sure we understood how to operate and program the shades before they left.
I ordered wood shutters. When I was initially ordering them, I was worried about the shutters matching the wood around the windows. Alex and Staci were so patient and helpful. The shutters match perfectly. They got here sooner than I had anticipated. Craig worked very hard to ensure the shutters were installed perfectly. I am so pleased with them. We hired Horizon Window Fashions to help guide us in picking our window treatments for our new home. After discussing our price point and fashion ideas, Craig steered us to a couple of great choices. We are thrilled with our end product. This company was always on time, respectful of our budget, and they take pride in their product. There was one mistake but Craig took care of it immediately. We are very happy with how our window treatments make this house our home.
I have hired Craig for an install of wooden plantation blinds in my townhome. He did an amazing job and we received multiple compliments. We bought a new home and did not have a clue as to what color or style of window coverings would look the best. Craig helped us with the process of choosing the right style (darkening, vane size, etc.) and since all we had was color chips and fabric swatches to work with also suggested different color choices.
