I like the doctors I like that this urgent care can get me in relatively quickly I do NOT like the front desk customer service I do NOT like the administrative dependent. They rescheduled me 3 times because doctors were not available to give my 2 kids a physical for school. They also failed to tell me that their office is under construction and that the appointment would be out of their winter park office. There was zero communication of that. Zero. Horrible. Made an appointment months ago when I got my due date for my newborn. Confirmed my appointment when my scheduled induction was made a few short weeks ago. Had my baby yesterday, and called to see if they had earlier availability before Christmas just in case. They informed me (five days before an appointment I had that was already scheduled months in advance) that they are closing tomorrow through January 5th. I got zero notifications, no call, no email. Showed up for a 8 AM appointment and there was no one there. Left a voicemail and no response. Do not waste your time!

I paid $75 for my daughter’s physical exam, and now I’m being charged an additional $74 that I don’t owe. They don’t resolve the issue and just transfer you to another number that also doesn’t help.
