This practice makes me feel like an agenda instead of a patient. There is always an assumption that a procedure has been discussed and cleared by you before its done and that’s rarely the case.
Had to have 2 procedures in 3 days and felt totally cared for. The folks in the office and the surgical center are professional and compassionate. I recommend!
I was never made aware that my insurance wasn't going to cover half of my procedure and how much I would need to pay out of pocket. I made a payment to them and then got now invoices for over a year later. When I try to call billing to ask them about the billing, you always get voicemail and never get through to anyone. Then I got sent to collections before I could get through to anyone. I've tried calling multiple times to make payments or talk to them about it and I can't get through to anyone. I was referred by Dr Haider to another surgeon, I had a hard time getting an appointment. I was on hold for 50 minutes trying to make an appointment, Marybel" was on the phone with the new surgeons office gave all the information and got me an appointment...she was awesome. I appreciate and when someone does good they need to tell their supervisor. Thanks, Robert Nellis
