Horizon will always be my 'go to' service for tree removal and or pruning. I've used them twice. Once out of necessity a few years ago and when the derecho came through town. Kyle and crew were the only service that was prompt and gave a fair price in removing large three river birches in the front yard and a small tree in back. This time was a simple pruning service but Melissia comes out, takes pics of what you want done and listens to how you want it done. They came out to assess the issues on the day I called them. We discussed the different options for removing the tree and the timeframe for how soon the work would begin. I received the estimate the next day and the work was performed the following day. They took the appropriate steps to ensure nothing else was damaged throughout the process. Wow, Horizon Tree Service checked all the boxes. Their communication was spot on, they answered all of our questions and the details were clear before they started. The crew worked diligently and were very professional. The clean up was impeccable. Having our big oak taken out was a big expense. We are glad we trusted Horizon Tree Service.

I would like to give Veteran owned Horizon Tree Service a sincere "Thanks" for taking care of my parents almost century old white pine. This was a very tight, very high risk removal in an old neighborhood with tight clearances and a yard that was extensively landscaped. They chose Horizon for their crane capability, service attitude and confidence they could do the job- when others literally turned down the opportunity. They completed the job in a few hours and with no landscaping damage which was a huge relief to my Mom!!
