I have been here since 2017. It is an older building, but I find it to be retro charming. Sanders Street is lovely and the access to walkable amenities is awesome! I also love that they are pet friendly! I have always found staff and management to be kind and friendly (as though I'm a valued guest vs. a tenant). Anytime I have needed help with my suite, they have always been on it asap! I would definitely recommend renting here #BuildingA
This building is transitioning to be smoke free, this means some residents are allowed to smoke in their unit, and people are allowed to smoke all around the property (courtyard, front of the building, by the pool). At times you will smell smoke in your unit through the bathroom vent, people smoking near your window, and all around the building, residents and staff included. I just to live in these building for more that a year and I have a great experience. It has community oriented and the view is amazing. Management do everything to assist when is needed. I had to leave because my work location if not I will stay on that apartment
Management is great, they listen to you and help as much as they can. They're flexible with requests and talk respectfully and are prompt. Thanks Tammy and Upama!
I highly recommend the Horizon Towers. The location is great, interior space for most of the units is pretty decent and the views if you’re facing the northern side are spectacular. Many of the units are also renovated which is very nice. Additionally, the team is very organized, respectful and helps if an issue arises very fast. This is by far one of the best locations if Metrotown area is considered.
