please be aware!! my sons speech sessions has been cancelled twice. I got suspicious and called. Turns out his teacher came in contact with someone that had covid-19 and they didnt feel the need to let the parents know what was going on. they told me shes not sick but we asked her to quarentine for 2 weeks. I said so you didnt think parents needed to know this info. their response, she has no symptoms. I was livid, with their answers, regardless because of the pandemic they should of contacted the parents. I wont put the tea... read more

Argued with me when i told them my son wasn't ready to be discharged. Wouldnt give me a copy of the evaluation and gave me the run around for 3 months! just to tell me they gave the evaluation to kaiser and they discharged him! I got a new re evaluation through kaiser and big surprise! he has a severe speech fluency problem making it almost imposssible to understand him. My experience so far is been great with OT/PT both therapist gave us a great assessment and hope for my daugther to get better , we were told she has a lot of potential she just needs work , everyone is been really nice and very professional Anna our PT is great , hope to have a great outcoming I’ll be very great full , wishing for the best and hope to begin both therapies soon .
