The only saving grace for this place is Chris, the shipping manager. Poor management up front in the office. They would rather lose a good employee than ask why you are looking for a job somewhere else. 6 years employed and had to be escorted to the door by Francis the bald HR snake.
Worked here un till today. Very poor leadership out on the floor and up front. Allowed Ricks son to just not work and keep his job all the way up until he acted racist. I got fired for calling out a couple people not working and them forcing me to go run their job while they disappear or go hide in the bathroom . I was the es 60 operator/forklift operator/crane operator/skid builder/ packager (all one job or so they consider it lol) and I got moved to the banding line because I work and my machine was broken.
