Excellent installation! Solar panels working great and reducing my energy bills significantly.
Paul Distefano was my sales representative who initially told me I would be up and running on my own grid 3 months after signing the contract, it has been almost a year now and I am still not on my own grid though my solar panels are generating power and I am being billed by Sunnova. Casey Lee is apparently the person working to get me on my own grid but after calling the city(LADWP), I found out that there has been no steps taken to get a service release for the main service panel. Socal Edison withdrawls $1390.00 from my baking account. I call and they say i haven't produced power since last December... horizon says since March. They promised a call back from a technician over a month ago. I emailed the documents they requested and still no call back from management or by a technician. When i call back today it goes straight to voicemail. This company is being very neglecting and costs me money every single day. I still pay my monthly to solar plus full price to Edison now. This is unacceptable.
