Nightmare from the start !, beware of this company.They are the nicest people when they are trying to get you to go solar.Once they got you forget it! I signed up with Horizon Solar at the beginning of this year. First issue was that a mechanic's lien was placed against my house because Horizon did not pay the company that they hired to install the panels. I attempted to contact Horizon 3 times by phone. Each time, a rep would answer the phone, and promised that a supervisor would return my call within 48 hours. No one returned my calls. If i could give negative stars believe me I would!! This company is a joke and they're customer service/ communication level is beyond bad. We've started this process in March and our system is still not up and running. Beware of this company please do your research! I wish i could have canceled but they billed us 2400 for cancellation fee. I will not be referring them to family or friends as it will be an embarrassment! The sad part is we have to deal with them for the next 20 years.

CAUTION: Do not fall for this company. Some of the worst customer service we’ve ever dealt with. We’ve reached out to countless numbers and emails (Caleb Merson was the guy who sold it to us.) could never tell if we were dealing with Horizon or Sungevity. Promised us call backs and never heard from anyone. If someone ever did pick up the phone, we were just given another phone number that went straight to voicemail. I have left countless messages for this co. and NOTHING! I need someone to call ASAP to discuss removal of panels for roof repair! DO NOT EXPECT great communication with this company!
