We called HORIZON to come out and check our Air Conditioning unit. The Technician who came out was an EXCELLENT THOROUGH ENGAGING KNOWLEDGE INDIVIDUAL. ANTHONY went out of his way to make sure our unit was TUNED UP and SPENT well over an hour looking and FIXING/REPAIRING EVERY THING ON IT!! ANTHONY is an EXAMPLE of what true Customer Service is all about! JP came and reviewed our problem. He wasn’t in the right division to fix what was needed. He made arrangements for the right people to fix our problem late in the day. Thouroughly explained the issue. Very satisfied with our first experience with Blue Sky. Would definitely recommend them
Stay clear! Very clear! This company tried to charge me over $3k to fix my AC. In the end, it was a $150 part and 15 minutes of labor that I ended up easily completing myself. They did get me for the $98 service call, but I am sure others have had much more expensive experiences.
Anthony was prompt, courteous and completed my service as expected. I would use Horizon again for my A/C maintenance.
