Was sold a new unit on promise it would be more efficient than my unit from 90s and have the best service available. So far our unit is not working and is using up to 4x the energy as 25+ years old unit. At first they set outdoor unit not to come on under 40 degrees now turns on but obviously not working properly. Took days the first time for someone to come out. Was told this is highly unusual but now second time calling for same issue still cannot get someone to come out today. Tech quoted the job over $4,000. I called another company whom did the job for $530. Five hundred and thirty****. Horizon is a disgrace and words could not describe my disgust for a company to the likes of this. The job was HVAC AC refrigerant leak which I located myself in the filter/drier component. The tech was unable to do the job upon arrival and wanted me to schedule an appointment. Also wanted me to pay the $90 dispatch fee.
