Tech quoted the job over $4,000. I called another company whom did the job for $530. Five hundred and thirty****. Horizon is a disgrace and words could not describe my disgust for a company to the likes of this. The job was HVAC AC refrigerant leak which I located myself in the filter/drier component. The tech was unable to do the job upon arrival and wanted me to schedule an appointment. Also wanted me to pay the $90 dispatch fee. AC refrigerant leak. Horizon Services quoted price was over $4,000. A local business named AirTemp did the job for $580. I could write an essay on the disgust I feel regarding Horizon, a company that will prey and take advantage of its customers. Do not hire under any circumstances Call a few local business and hire the one that will have a decent and knowledgeable conversation about your problem.

I will NEVER use Horizon again. They charged $556 for a valve that costs $87 on Amazon... I understand that they have to make money but this is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!
