Called them last winter to fix my furnace...they wanted to replace the whole system for $16k. Home warranty company sent out a guy the next day who identified the problem as a pressure switch and did it for $200. If that was my only grievance, I might've just gone about my day, but the salesman present was incredibly scummy with his tactics and felt like he was trying to push a scam down my throat.
